An independent doctor reviews your medical information and decides whether remote care and a prescription are appropriate. The doctor may ask for more information, decline the request or recommend in-person care. A prescription is not guaranteed.

Prescription and dispensing route

If a doctor issues a prescription, the next step depends on the available prescription route. An independent licensed pharmacy decides whether it can dispense the medicine. Supply and delivery depend on availability and applicable requirements; approval does not guarantee delivery.

How long does the assessment take?
The time needed to complete the health questionnaire and review your case depends on the information needed and your case. You may need to provide more information to complete operational screening. After payment, an independent doctor decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Payment does not guarantee a prescription.
What if the doctor doesn't approve?
If the independent doctor determines that treatment is not suitable before medicine is dispensed, we refund the full amount you paid at checkout. This refund applies if the independent doctor decides during your initial assessment that treatment is not appropriate, before medicine is dispensed. This includes every platform, doctor-review, pharmacy, delivery, handling, tax, and payment-processing fee. No deductions for services already started or completed.
Is my information secure?
Sensitive workflows are designed for encrypted transport, restricted access, and data-protection controls. Clinical access is limited to authorised roles involved in review or support.
Can I choose my treatment?
You can indicate a preference, but the final treatment decision is always made by the independent doctor based on your medical assessment.
