Editorial policy and corrections
Understand what our information establishes, who is responsible for decisions, and what review is still pending.
Policy text edited . Qualified clinical and legal review of this policy remains pending. An edit date records a text change; it is not a review approval.
Our role and the purpose of this information
Prescrivia publishes general information as a technology intermediary connecting patients with independent doctors and licensed pharmacies. We do not provide medical advice, employ doctors, prescribe, sell or dispense medicines. Public information cannot establish an individual's suitability, a prescription, lawful supply in every country or a medical outcome.
Independent doctors make clinical decisions; pharmacies have separate dispensing responsibilities. Editorial content must not pressure either to approve a request. Do not delay necessary in-person or emergency care while reading a page or waiting for an online assessment.
Sources and country limits
Follow the links beside claims to the relevant authority, legislation, product information or public service terms. A source supports only its stated topic and jurisdiction. A regulator link does not mean that regulator endorses Prescrivia or verifies a particular service. Country rules, electronic-prescription compatibility, stock and delivery eligibility are separate checks.
Where we report our own fees, refunds or privacy practices, the linked terms or privacy notice are the source of the statement. A published promise does not prove that a payment, refund or delivery was executed. Read any pending-review notice on the underlying document.
Authors, reviewers and edition dates
Informational articles may be published while qualified review is pending. Publication does not mean an article has been clinically, legally or linguistically approved. Each article displays those review states separately and includes a medical disclaimer.
Prescrivia Editorial Team is a team byline, not an individual clinical credential. Descriptions attributed to an earlier source and source dates do not establish clinical review of the current text. Each article displays its current clinical, legal and language review status separately; this policy does not approve those articles.
Availability of independent doctors does not itself establish consent to public attribution, verified credentials or approval of a page. A clinical-review claim requires a real named reviewer, current relevant registration and expertise, permission to display attribution, relationship disclosure, and recorded approval of the exact language, jurisdiction, scope and content edition.
Clinical, legal, operational and language checks are distinct. One review must not imply completion of the others. Substantive edits require fresh review; an older approval must not silently cover new text. No reviewer profile or medical-board role is claimed here without that evidence.

Translations and corrections
Blog translations are linked to a specific English source edition. An outdated or incomplete translation is unavailable until reconciled; an older translation cannot be presented as approval of revised English content. Translation alone is not qualified clinical or legal review.
To flag an error, broken source or misleading claim, contact support@prescrivia.com with the page URL, passage, suggested correction and supporting source. Do not include medical records, assessment answers or other sensitive personal information. We make no fixed editorial-response-time promise here. Platform complaints can also use the contact page; this channel does not replace urgent care or clinical follow-up.
Commercial interests and comparisons
Prescrivia has a commercial interest in its platform. Our comparison pages are our own editorial material, not independent product reviews. Comparisons identify the country and source checked, distinguish reported facts from unknowns, and do not establish clinical quality, universal availability, the lowest total price or superiority.
A collaborating doctor's or pharmacy's contribution must disclose the actual relationship. A quotation does not certify an entire article. Seeded test activity cannot be represented as patient experience, and no review, credentials or outcomes should be invented.
