Legal Notice (Impressum)

1. About this notice

This legal notice identifies the operator of the Prescrivia platform and the information currently available for an EU legal notice / German-style Impressum. Prescrivia is a technology intermediary platform. It is not an online doctor, online pharmacy, medical practice, medicine seller, or healthcare provider. Consultations are carried out by independent doctors. Medicines, where approved and available, are dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

Prescrivia remains pre-production. That status does not defer applicable operator-identity, privacy or pre-contract disclosure duties.

2. Operator details

Prescrivia's operator legal name, address, registration and required contact details remain unverified. The legally required operator information must be provided before the relevant personal-data collection or contract, including during pre-production where those duties apply. Independent practices and pharmacies must identify their own businesses for their separate services. This draft does not supply or approve missing identity information.

3. Service-chain responsibility

Prescrivia provides platform technology, information routing, account and support tooling, and communication infrastructure. Prescrivia does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, compound, stock, sell, or deliver medicines. Independent doctors make clinical decisions. Licensed pharmacies are responsible for dispensing and pharmacy fulfilment where a doctor approves treatment and the pharmacy can lawfully fulfil it.

4. Content responsibility

Public health and treatment information on this website is informational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, a prescribing promise, or intended as advertising or promotion of any medicine. A patient may indicate a preferred treatment, but independent doctors can reject a request, ask for more information, change dose or quantity, choose another treatment, or prescribe nothing.

5. Consumer dispute resolution

The platform-service Terms choose England and Wales law while preserving applicable mandatory consumer rights. Consumers are not compelled to arbitrate or pay all costs; any arbitration requires voluntary written agreement after a dispute arises. Operator-specific ADR participation, competent authority and required market disclosures remain pending legal verification before production. Each independent practice and pharmacy has its own business identity and service responsibilities. Where applicable law or a binding scheme requires ADR information or participation, we must provide the relevant body’s name, website, eligibility, procedure and lawful fees, state our participation position, and supply the required information with the complaint outcome on a durable medium where required. Voluntary arbitration does not replace those duties. The applicable scheme and any required accreditation or exemption must be verified before it is offered; none is claimed in this draft.
