As an intermediary platform, we handle the technology, security, and compliance so that independent doctors can focus on what they do best: providing professional medical care. And licensed pharmacies can focus on dispensing genuine, regulated medications.
We do not employ doctors, operate pharmacies, or sell medications. Every medical decision is made independently by qualified healthcare professionals. That separation is by design — it ensures clinical independence and protects patients.

Who is responsible for each decision?
- Prescrivia
- Provides intermediary technology, communication and platform support. We do not diagnose, prescribe, dispense or direct independent clinical decisions.
- Independent doctor
- Decides whether remote assessment is sufficient and whether a prescription is appropriate. More information, in-person care or a decline are possible outcomes.
- Licensed pharmacy
- Separately checks a prescription and whether lawful dispensing is possible. Approval does not establish stock, delivery eligibility or a supply date.
