This legal notice identifies the operator of the Prescrivia platform and the information currently available for an EU legal notice / German-style Impressum. Prescrivia is a technology intermediary platform. It is not an online doctor, online pharmacy, medical practice, medicine seller, or healthcare provider. Consultations are carried out by independent EU-registered doctors. Medicines, where approved and available, are dispensed by licensed pharmacies.
Prescrivia remains pre-production. Placeholder fields below are launch-blocking disclosures and must be replaced with verified legal-entity details before production launch or any country-specific launch posture that requires a complete Impressum.

3. Service-chain responsibility
Prescrivia provides platform technology, information routing, account and support tooling, and communication infrastructure. Prescrivia does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, compound, stock, sell, or deliver medicines. Independent doctors make clinical decisions. Licensed pharmacies are responsible for dispensing and pharmacy fulfilment where a doctor approves treatment and the pharmacy can lawfully fulfil it.
4. Content responsibility
Public health and treatment information on this website is informational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, a prescribing promise, or intended as advertising or promotion of any medicine. A patient may indicate a preferred treatment, but independent doctors can reject a request, ask for more information, change dose or quantity, choose another treatment, or prescribe nothing.
5. Consumer dispute resolution
Consumer dispute-resolution status and competent authority details remain pending verified legal-entity and counsel confirmation. These details are launch-blocking before production use in markets that require them.
